The NSW middle distance and long distance championships were held on the weekend in the Newcastle area. The courses were good and the weather was perfect but a little on the warm side. Check out some photos on our Facebook site here.

- Marina Iskhakova 3rd in middle and long in W21A
- Darren Slattery 3rd in middle and long in M21AS
- Gordon Wilson 3rd in middle and Long in M60A
- Terry Bluett 2nd in long, 3rd in middle in M65A
The NSW sprint championships will be held on 13th October at Pyrmont, entries don't close for another week or so. I'd encourage any of our members who haven't done a State league yet that this is one to give it a go. It is in Sydney, not too much traveling on a new and exciting inner city area.
