Big Foot hosted round 5 of the MetrO League series at Darks Common in Lapstone, just up into the Blue Mountains to Sydney's west. The course setter made great use of the area, with some SI magic to create fixed time road-crossing controls to enable the courses to use both parts of the reserve. The area was quite rewarding, especially for those venturing into the south with some nice creek/gully action and one tricky little control in a pit atop a light-green spur (that took 5 minutes from me!). Bennelong managed to win all of our divisions, placing all of our teams in to the finals! We will be up against Uringa-Central coast in Div 2, Southern Highlands in Div. 3, Big Foot in Div 4, and Garingal Legless in Div. 5. The grading committee will be watching closely!
