CCOSS - Pearl Beach

This year Bennelong is running an event as part of the Central Coast Summer Series. Steve Flick has set a great beach-side course on a new map at Pearl Beach, just on the south side of Umina and Woy Woy. Central Coast events follow the same score course format as Sydney Summer Series, with 30 controls and 45 minutes.

In this issue: Wedding Bells and an orienteering trip to Slovenia-Austria-Italy. This is our final Blueprint edition from Marina, with the departure of our favourite Russians to Canberra. I'm sure we'll bump into them at a few events.

Club Christmas Picnic

Keep Sat 17th Dec free for the Bennelong Christmas Picnic at Manly Dam. We have booked Table 1, the closest to the entrance. Parking inside the reserve is free to local residents only. Others may like to drop off their gear then park back in King Street outside the Manly Hydraulics Laboratory (250m walk). Table 1 has shelter, power and electric barbecues. BYO food and drinks. Seating is limited so you may also like to bring a fold-up chair. There will be water sports and short and long orienteering courses. You could also bring your mountain bike to ride around the dam.
