Results out for MetrO League 1

Last Sunday Bennelong hosted Round 1 of the Metro League series on the Pennant Hills Park map, starting from Thornleigh Oval. Course Setter Wayne set some challenging and fun courses around this small urban bush area. While there were track options that could get you close to the controls, there was certainly an advantage of going bush. Wayne had managed to pick out the most open bits of bush for those legs and took us through some great sandstone rock.

Results - SSS Litte Manly

Results for the Little Manly event are now online here.

Results - SSS Drummoyne

Results for Steve Flick's excellent adventure are now online here. Taking in the waterfront of the lower bays of the Parramatta River around Drummoyne and Chiswick, Steve's course had a lot of waterfront and not much climb. Cleverly he managed to avoid crossing the A40 and Lyons Road and still had plenty of control spread. The top score was 58-0, which was an astonishing effort. A big thanks to Steve and the Bennelong crew for hosting.
